PRESIDENT RECOVERS

President Robert Kocharyan has undergone eye operation in one of the eye centers in Paris. President Press secretary Viktor Soghomonyan said that the illness will not cause sight defects. “The president has recovered. He returned Yerevan late Saturday and continues work on normal schedule,” he said.

President Kocharyan left for France on January 10 on a private visit in order to undergo medical check-up in one of the eye centers of Paris.

On January 13, one day after his arrival, Robert Kocharyan became a grandfather of another girl baby. Ani was born in the family of Robert Kocharyan’s elder son, Sedrak Kocharyan. Robert Kocharyan’s first granddaughter, Bella, was born on February 21, 2006.
