58TH BERLIN FESTIVAL KICKS OFF TODAY

Today 58th Berlin festival kicked off that will continue until February 17. Several international films will be premiered during the festival.

In the ''Panorama'' project of the festival Anna Melikyan “Water-nymph” will be shown. Melikyan is an Armenian producer living in Moscow. This is the second time that the young producer is invited to Berlin. In 2004 A. Melikyan’s “Mars” was shown in “Panorama” project.

“Water-nymph” is not included in the competition phase of Berlin festival. The reason is that it is included in “Sidens” festival in America.
