SCIENCE SHOULD NOT BE UNDER DOCTRINE

“Today science is in such deep conditions because compared with the Soviet Times when the science was financed by various sources today little money is disposed to science,” said Samvel Harutyunyan, the head of Science State Committee of the Ministry of Education, in a press conference on “Science condition of Armenia and its developments”.

Harutyunyan reminded that once approximately 400 million dollars was disposed to science after the collapse of Soviet Era the situation became worse. He said that the international grants make the conditions a little better but the state should pay attention on this aspect.
