PRESIDENT RECOMMENDED TO INCLUDE HOLLY CROSS IN UNESCO HERITAGE

The President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan recommended his Ukrainian counterpart Viktor Ushenko to include Holly Cross situating in the Crimea in the UNESCO World Heritage list. According to the local media the President discussed this issue with his counterpart during the 650 anniversary ceremony of Holly Cross.

He has mentioned that Armenia has some success in this aspect. “Recently three Armenian Monastic Complex in Iran have been included in UNESCO Heritage list,” said the President.
