NKR President Bako Sahakyan sends congratulatory address in connection with the Day of the medical worker

NKR President Bako Sahakyan sent congratulatory address in connection with
the Day of the medical worker. According to the central information department of NKR President’s office, the message particularly reads:

“Dear medical workers,

I genuinely congratulate you on the professional holiday, which has become a good tradition in Artsakh. And it is no coincidence. Our people have always had deep respect and homage towards the profession of doctor. This attitude reveals itself also today since the most important thing – health of our citizens and hence well-being of the society and the state to a great extent depends on your work.

You, the health care system workers being devoted to your oath have transformed the impossible into possible. Working in harsh conditions you gave life to our soldiers, who were fighting the enemy, became their buttress, helped and inspired them for heroic deeds.

The authorities of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic keep in the special spotlight the health care sphere, do their best in solving the existing problems, create normal conditions for providing proper medical service to the population.
Dear friends,  I congratulate you once again on this wonderful festive and wish you robust health, happiness and success in your very difficult and responsible work. You have entrusted the most important thing – the human life and this obliges you to be always equal to the occasion, bear with dignity the honorary title of the doctor.”

The Day of the medical worker is marked on June second Sunday.
