Gas supply to Armenia resumed

Gas supply to Armenia from Georgia, halted June 16, was resumed Sunday, GHN reported. Gas was stopped because of some reconstruction activities on North-South pipeline sector.

The works have been conducted by New Energy-Tbilisi-Sakhydro Georgian company, in the frames of the Millennium Challenge program. The works have been under way since autumn, 2008 and will be over in summer this year.
