Turkey hails France Nabucco participation

Turkey’s President Abdullah Gul during his meeting with his French counterpart Nicolas Sarkozy assured the French company full participation in the EU-led Nabucco gas pipeline project would be hailed.

Gul welcomed the French party possible backing in the construction of the pipeline and said the French organizations could be a full party to the project. Gul also indicated Turkey is a participating state only, with the project being implemented by consortium.
