“Microsoft RA”, economy ministry to cooperate in IT sphere

In the frames of the opening ceremony of DigiTec exhibition, Armenia’s Economy Minister Nerses Yeritsyan and the director of “Microsoft RA” Grigor Barsegyan signed an agreement October 2 on cooperation in case certain IT problems rise.

According to the agreement, “Microsoft RA” is going to provide information to the ministry on computer security problems, as well as the wide-spread viruses the company will signify.

In accordance with the agreement, the parties are intent to ensure the security of IT systems and nets in Armenia.
