“East of Byzantium”: Movie on battle of Avarayr to be produced

Film maker Roger Kupelian works on production of “East of Byzantium” movie. French reporter Jean Eciyan told Panorama.am that a movie about the biggest battles of Armenian history – Battle of Avarayr will be shot.

Armenian General Benevolent Union announced its support for the movie production. And Serje Tangian of System of a Down rock group will write the sound track of the film.
