Tal Memorial: All pairings end in draw

In Round 1 of Tal Memorial held in Moscow, Russia, Armenian GM Levon Aronian ended in draw with Russia’s representative Peter Svidler.

Carlsen - Kramnik, Morozevich - Leko, Gelfand - Ponomariov, Ivanchuk - Anand pairings also ended in draw. In Round 2 due today the Armenian GM is to play against Ponomariov, with the other pairings being Carlsen -Morozevich, Leko - Gelfand, Svidler - Ivanchuk, Kramnik - Anand.
