CIS Stock Market State Bodies’ Council due in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia

The 10th sitting of the CIS Stock Market State Bodies’ Council is due in Tsakhkadzor, Armenia November 10-11, the CBA PR department said.

The council, chaired by the President of the Central Bank Armenia Artur Javadyan since 2008, is going to discuss the situation in the CIS stock markets, the implementation of the decisions passed by the council previously, the measures to be taken to mitigate the negative impact of the world financial-economic crisis, etc.

The participants will represent the calculation system in the stock markets, as well as reports over the economic situation in the CIS states.

The Council was established in 2003, by the heads of the CIS governments. Its members are Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Ukraine.
