President Serzh Sargsyan visits History Museum of Armenia

President Serzh Sargsyan visited today the History Museum of Armenia, accompanied by the Culture Minister Hasmik Poghosyan to view the new display.

“This exhibition is interesting because for the first time it displays all the stages of the stone and bronze ages,” the Director of the Museum of History, Anelka Grigoryan said.

According to her, all 1 200 items on display were found on the territory of the Republic of Armenia, particularly in over 200 archaeological sites. All the items are exceptional.

As she said, over half a million displays are being preserved in the museum.
