Yanukovich ordered drafting gas deal

 Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has ordered the drafting of a number of Ukrainian-Russian agreements, including a new accord on the gas price, to be signed during a planned visit to Kyiv by Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.

The head of state said this at a meeting with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kostiantyn Hryschenko, the presidential press service reported on March 22. Earlier, the press service had said Medvedev was due to visit Ukraine in May.
