Russian gas supply to Armenia has been suspended because of land slip in Kazbek region, Georgia. Itar-Tass writes the head of Gas and Oil Corporation has reported. “Armrusgasprom” Company said they are supposed to provide further information later.
According to the source special groups are currently working on the reconstruction. Special equipments and experts have been sent from Tbilisi to settle the problem as soon as possible.
The representative of the corporation said the reconstruction will take 2-3 days. Armenia and Georgia haven’t suffered from that accident since both of the states have special reserves and the suppliers could have natural gas during the reconstruction activities.
