Nokia sue Apple for patent infringements again

Nokia have just filled yet another complaint against Apple, this time with the Federal District Court in the Western District of Wisconsin. The Finnish company accuses Apple of infringing 5 of their patents with the Apple iPhone and iPad 3G, according to foreign media reports.

Apple has launched iPad sales since April 3, 2010 and has sold 1 mln. devices by May 5, according to the company.

Nokia had filed a complaint against Apple with the United States International Trade Commission (ITC), in December, 2009, patent infringement.
In fact, this is the third lawsuit that Nokia fills against Apple, plus there’s also one case where Apple sues Nokia for  infringements of over 30 patents.
