GDP growth to make 3-4% in Armenia

This year GDP growth in Armenia will make 3-4%, the head of RA finance ministry's department on planning of macroeconomic policy, Armen Hayrapetyan, told reporters today.

According to him, the economic growth has a little bit slowed during the recent months, due to the fall in the sphere of agriculture. During January-July period, unfavorable climate has caused 23% decline in the agricultural sphere in Armenia. GDP growth for the mentioned period made 4%.

Inflation will exceed the index of 4±1.5%, he said.
