35,4% of Adjara’s tourists were Armenians

 The autonomous Republic of Adjara hosted 831 578 tourists during January-September of the current year. This figure twice exceeds the figure of the previous year and 3,5 times of 2008. According to “Business Georgia” agency the information is reported by the tourism department of Adjara.

Compared with the previous year the number of foreign tourists has got doubled. 40,4% of the visitors were Turks, 35,4% - Armenians and 14,7% - Azerbaijani.
