New stamps, souvenir-sheet cancelled

Within the framework of the 44th session of the heads of Communication Administrations of Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communication, which was held in Yerevan on June 1, a stamp and a souvenir-sheet, issued by “Haypost” CJSC, dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the foundation of Regional Commonwealth in the Field of Communication (RCC) were cancelled and put into circulation, “Haypost” CJSC PR Department reported.

At the same time, Armenia-Russia and Armenia-Belarus joint issue stamps were cancelled and put into circulation, 2 stamps for each issue.

The official ceremony of cancellation was executed by RA Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan, Chairman of the RCC Board of Communication Administrations’ Heads, Minister of Telecommunications of the Russian Federation Igor Schogolev and Minister of Communication and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus Nikolay Panteley.

The stamp dedicated to the 20th anniversary of RCC depicts RCC symbolism.
