Soy sprouts caused E-coli outbreak in Europe

 Soy sprouts eaten raw are the cause of the E-coli (EHEC) outbreak in Germany, Lower Saxony's health minister, Gerd Lindemann (CDU) said in a press conference.

AGI News informs Lindemann said, medical specialists are now "on the right track." The minister went on to say, "We have identified a product that was present in all the locations where the EHEC outbreaks took place." Soy sprouts caused a similar outbreak in Asia a few years ago.
