Vladimir Zakharov: NKR representatives must participate in the negotiations

 The representatives of the Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh must attend the negotiations over NK conflict, Director of the Institute of Political and Social Studies Vladimir Zakharov stated during Yerevan-Moscow video conference.

Expert says it’s not realistic to speak about any advancement in the conflict unless Nagorno-Karabakh is a part to the negotiations.
“This issue is hanging in the air and remains unresolved, and to speak about peace without the participation of Karabakh is impossible,” V. Zakharov said.
