Universal intends to update Scarface

 Tony Montana is coming back to theaters! According to The Hollywood Reporter, Universal is developing an update of the 1983 classic Scarface.

The new film, which doesn't seem to be a sequel or remake, is being produced by Martin Bregman. Martin produced the 1983 version, which starred Al Pacino.

Producers plan to make the new version of Scarface a contemporary piece that reflects the world today and how people can go to dark and extreme means to achieve the American Dream.
