Bako Sahakyan visits filter station No.1 in Stepanakert

On February 27 Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited filter station No.1 in capital Stepanakert to monitor the construction activities there.

Artsakh President noted the significance of the filter station for the capital and gave concrete instructions to the heads of concerned structures for proper implementation of the activities.

Thereafter President Sahakyan visited the territory of newly formed geological investigations station that will become a central zone for the deployment of field staff and transport means after the realization of appropriate construction activities.

Bako Sahakyan got acquainted with the plan of the station as well as the capacities of the machine equipped with necessary living conditions for the geologists in the mountains.

The President noted that mining industry is among the significant branches of economy and its development is of primary importance for the republic.

Adviser to the NKR President Grigory Gabrielyants, Mayor of Stepanakert Suren Grigoryan, Minister of Municipal Engineering Karen Shahramanyan accompanied the President during the visit, Artsakh President’s press office reported.
