Serzh Sargsyan: Armenians reclaim their democratic traditions

 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, who is on working visit in the Kingdom of Belgium, addressed on Tuesday in Konrad Adenauer foundation.

President’s press office reported Serzh Sargsyan has referred to activities implemented in our country in cooperation with European organizations and to the upcoming projects.

Serzh Sargsyan has emphasized that Armenian people gradually reclaim their democratic traditions, the roots of which go deep to century roots. President noted that yet in 1860 Western Armenia adopted a National Constitution, which the Sultan was forced to approve under the pressure of European states.
