Chess: McShane beats Aronian

Levon Aronian drew with Tomashevsky in the second round and was beaten by McShane in the third round of Tal Memorial. Aronian has scored 1.5 points and shares 4th-5th places with Magnus Carlsen. Morozevich and Radjabov share 1st-2nd places with 2.5 points each, while Kramnik is in third place with 2 points. McShane, Grischuk, Nakamura, Tomashevsky and Caruana have scored 1 point each.

Monday is tournament’s rest day. Levon Aronian will face Vladimir Kramnik on Tuesday.
