Zhoghovurd: Hovik Abrahamyan submits new draft law

So far only NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan has submitted a new draft law to parliament, which has not yet been placed on the agenda, Zhoghovurd writes. The draft law proposes amendments to NA Rules of Procedure that will give small parliamentary factions the possibility of including one MP in 3 standing parliamentary committees simultaneously, the paper says.
