Hraparak: Arpine Hovhannisyan to be appointed NA Chief of Staff

Cadre changes are expected in Armenian National Assembly’s Staff in autumn, Hraparak reports. Rumors circulate that NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan is going to appoint Republican MP Arpine Hovhannisyan, his former advisor on legal issues, as National Assembly’s Chief of Staff.

The paper’s sources say that Abrahamyan assigned National Assembly manager Hamik Mkrtchyan to familiarize Arpine with the work of the NA Staff.
