Hraparak: Medical University students unhappy with candidate for Rector

Samvel Avetisyan, Prorector of Yerevan State Medical University, was appointed Acting Rector after former Rector Derenik Dumanyan took over as Health Minister, Hraparak daily reminds.

In all probability, Avetisyan will be “elected” Rector, the paper writes.

However, students, especially active ones, are unhappy with his policies, the paper writes adding that Avetisyan has experience of controlling and limiting political views and suppressing activists.
