FFA closes Armenian women’s football team

“Zhoghovurd” daily was told that the Armenian Football Federation has “closed” the Armenian Football team of women. Don’t we need women football players? What the destiny of the team will be. The FFA spokesperson Arayik Manukyan told the paper, “We didn’t think rational for the women’s team to participate in European championship. There are some football players who receive invitations. This year we decided not to present the team in Europe.”
