Hraparak: Secret gathering in Dubai

PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan, Republican MP Samvel Alexanyan and Russia-based Armenian businessman Samvel Karapetyan were resting in Dubai from March 19. According to some information, Arkady Ghukasyan, ambassador-at-large for Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, and several Russia-based Armenian businessmen joined them.

Following the talks, Arkady Ghukasyan and the others returned, while Gagik Tsarukyan and Samvel Alexanyan returned later, on March 31.

According to Hraparak daily, the talks’ agenda is kept secret, but rumors say the formation of government and other cadre issues following Serzh Sargsyan’s inauguration were in the focus of the discussion.
