Haykakan Zhamanak: Duration of unemployment benefit payment to be reduced to 3 years

Haykakan Zhamanak says that on the initiative of the Armenian Ministry of Labor and Social Issues the duration of unemployment benefit payment will be reduced to 3 years. As a result, the unemployed will not receive AMD 3bn aid. 

The paper does not rule out that thus the government prepares funds for subsidies and increase in wages. The bill has been sent to the Ministry of Justice.
