Krikor Sevag Mekhitarian finishes second in Maringa

GM Krikor Sevag Mekhitarian scored 6.5 points out of 8 and took second prize among 233 participants at the chess open in Maringa, Brazil. 

FM Armen Proudian scored 5.5 points.

GM Sandro Mareco (Argentina) became the winner with 7.5 points, according to armchess.am.
