‘Yerevan Summer’ program to take place in Armenian capital

On the initiative of Yerevan mayor Taron Margaryan, ‘Yerevan Summer’ program will take place in the Armenian capital on August 1-31, with cultural events intended to make the summer more enjoyable for kids spending their summer holidays in Yerevan, the press service of Yerevan Municipality reported. 

A medical action will also take place as part of the program, which envisages free medical aid to the population.

Speaking at a consultation meeting on Monday, Taron Margaryan also instructed to take preparatory actions to organize visits of contract servicemen’s parents to border military units as well as military units located in Artsakh, with a particular focus on 
socially vulnerable families.
