Haykakan Zhamanak: Kremlin receives Zori Balayan’s letter

Russian President’s press service told Haykakan Zhamanak yesterday that they received the letter of writer and publicist Zori Balayan addressed to Vladimir Putin and passed it to the respective department, the paper says. 

When asked about Moscow’s reaction to the letter, the Kremlin’s press service promised to answer today. Meanwhile, many views about the letter were voiced in Armenia yesterday.
