U!com to become Armenia’s 4th mobile operator

U!com Company will become Armenia’s 4th mobile services operator, to join ArmenTel, VivaCell-MTS and Orange. 

Armenia’s Public Services Regulatory Commission during today’s meeting will grant Ucom LLC a permission to operate part of radio frequencies.

Under the draft decision, the permission enters into force in November 2013, and will be valid until August 6, 2018, the Commission’s official website reported.
