Zhamanak: One of activists arrested in Mashtots Avenue is mentally ill

One of the activists arrested following the clashes with police in Mashtots Avenue is mentally ill. He has been recently discharged from a mental hospital and has second degree disability, Zhamanak newspaper says, adding that a mentally ill person should not be held in the same place with others.  

Shant Harutyunyan also suffered from mental illness in the past. He is to undergo psychiatric tests, the paper adds.
