Zhoghovurd: President will not go to Vilnius?

Citing its sources, Zhoghovurd daily says that Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will not participate in the Vilnius Eastern Partnership Summit that kicks off tomorrow. 

The newspaper notes that the Armenian delegation will be headed by Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian. A three-page declaration will be signed, saying that large work has been carried out in Armenia over the past years and Europe’s door is not closed to Armenia.
