Zhamanak: General Manvel will return

Yesterday General Manvel Grigoryan again did not attend the National Assembly session. Zhamanak daily says that he will return to Armenia by December 20. 

The newspaper notes that Grigoryan is in France, undergoing treatment. He underwent surgery in France several months ago, and again flew to France in mid-November. The last treatment lasted for about one month.
