Armenia’s National Assembly is swiftly moving towards the Customs Union, Hraparak writes. Russian language courses will be organized for the parliament staff soon. A Russian library and an Armenian-Russian friendship club opened in the parliament in early December.
It is noteworthy that a few months ago, when Armenia was moving towards an EU Association Agreement, English language courses were organized in the National Assembly. However, the initiative remained on paper, the newspaper says.
