20% shares of ArmRosGazprom to be transferred to Russia by January 17

At today’s meeting, the Armenian government approved the agreement on the sale of ArmRosGazprom CJSC’s shares. Thus, 20% shares of ArmRosGazprom are to be transferred to Russia by January 17. 

The government authorized the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources to sign the agreement, which was signed during Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Armenia on December 2, 2013.
