Haykakan Zhamanak: Non-coalition factions not to apply to CC

The four non-coalition parliamentary factions are considering the expediency of appealing to the Constitutional Court against the Armenian-Russian gas agreements, Haykakan Zhamanak writes. 

They told Haykakan Zhamanak’s correspondent that the prevailing opinion is that it is inexpedient to appeal to the Constitutional Court.

“The decision not to appeal to the Constitutional Court is still unofficial, but judging from the present moods, those political forces will make such a decision,” Haykakan Zhamanak says.
