Nairit employees protest outside government

Employees of Nairit plant staged a protest outside the building of Armenian government today demanding to provide clear information about the plant’s future and their wages. 

Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan met with some of the protesters. He promised that they will be paid one month’s salary, but said nothing about whether the plant will restart operation, so the employees decided to move to the Presidential Palace.
