Haykakan Zhamanak: Possible 2018 presidential candidates in Armenia

According to media reports, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan and Armenian Ambassador to UK Armen Sargsyan are viewed as possible candidates for the presidential elections of 2018, Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper says. 

“According to our source, few people in ruling circles think that Constitutional Court chairman Gagik Harutyunyan who will turn 70 in 2018 will be a suitable candidate to become president and spend five years in the presidential residence,” the newspaper says.
