Serbia absolutely supports Madrid Principles – Minister

Serbia supports the stance of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, visiting Serbian Foreign Minister Ivan Mrkić told a news conference in Yerevan. 

“We absolutely support the Madrid Principles,” he noted.

The top diplomats of Armenia and Serbia met prior to the news conference to discuss a number of issues.

Mr Mrkić told reporters that Serbia is grateful to Armenia for its stance on Kosovo. Edward Nalbandian said for his part that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict should be resolved exclusively by peaceful means.
