Hraparak: Samvel Farmanyan to become Diaspora Minister

MP from Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) Samvel Farmanyan will replace Hranush Hakobyan as Diaspora Minister in the new government, Hraparak writes. The newspaper notes that Hranush Hakobyan may be appointed governor of Gegharkunik province. 

The newspaper adds that if ARF Dashnaktsutyun agrees to join the coalition, then David Lokyan will become Deputy Prime Minister.
