"Lately heroism has become a bad tradition. I do not consider Ramil Safarov a hero. In reality, I do not consider Mubariz Ibrahimov a hero either, as he violated the statute and endangered the military unit," said Noureddin Khoja, Karabakh war participant, commander of "Boz Gourd" ("Grey Wolves") detachment, in an interview given to “Interpress.az”, reports Azerbaijani news portal “Oxu.az”.

Mubariz Ibrahimov has been a member of a subversive group that had attacked the positions of the NKR Defense Army near the village of Chailu of Martakert region. As a result of sabotaging attacks carried out by the Azerbaijani side four Armenian soldiers were killed in Armenian side, other 4 were injured. Saboteurs fled, leaving Mubariz Ibrahimov’s dead body in the battlefield.

Speaking of the fact that Ibad Huseynov, who, for the sake of getting the title of national hero insisted that he had allegedly killed the Armenian commander Monte Melkonyan, and was repeatedly caught in his lie by the Azerbaijanis veterans, Noureddin Khoja noted that "when alive person of an army that has lost the war wants to get a title of national hero is either sick, or has no shame."

According to him, Huseynov’s brother is appointed on a leading position for over 20 years, he has a lot of money and wants to make himself a folk hero.

He notes that today, even those who have not seen the war, talk about it. They say there are 60,000 war veterans there: "Even during the war, I did not see 60,000 people there."

Khoja also admitted that they were killing also Armenian children during the war. According to him, the war was not lost by the soldiers, but by the army of Azerbaijan, the political elite and the commanders.

The question: "That’s clear that Chingiz Mustafayev was shooting the battle. But who was shooting Chingiz?" Noureddin Khoja noted that he has been on the battlefield for a long time, but he has never seen reporters filming there. "The soldiers could not get out of the trenches, how cound an operator appear there? I do not know who filmed Chingiz. They were coming, collected 5-6 children and firing into the air for several times. That’s good that there were no cell phones then, otherwise we would be lost," Khoja tells.

He notes that during the events in Kovsakan Iran supported the Azerbaijanis.

On the question whether the Armenians are cowards, Khoja said: "If the Armenians are coward, then who are we in that case?" According to him, the Armenians are powerful people, and it is necessary to recognize the reality.

Referring to frequent suicide cases taking place in the Azerbaijani army, Khoja said that the soldiers are not prepared for the army either physically or psychologically, and therefore cannot stand it all.
