Haykakan Zhamanak: Nature Protection Minister does not go to work

Acting Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunyan does not go to work. The Ministry employees say the reason is that it is already decided that he will not stay in office, Haykakan Zhamanak writes.

Harutyunyan is one of the longest-serving officials: he has served as a minister for 10 years. He was an MP in 1999-2004.
