Government approves proposal of Armenian-Swiss cooperation in agriculture

At a meeting on Thursday, the Armenian government approved a proposal to sign an agricultural cooperation agreement with the Swiss Federal Council. 

The cooperation will cover areas of crop production and livestock farming. Joint programs in organic agriculture and projects aimed at sustainable agricultural development will be implemented, scientific technical and information contacts will be developed.
