Hraparak: Former Nature Protection Minister awards himself medal

In the last days of his tenure, former Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunyan decided to award himself the Ministry’s Gold Medal, Hraparak writes. 

The Ministry’s press department confirmed the information to Hraparak, adding that the medal was awarded to Harutyunyan by a decision of a commission and Harutyunyan was not a member of that commission. He was awarded the medal for “conscientious work of many years.”
