Garegin Melkonyan appointed First Deputy Minister of Economy

By a decision of Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, Garegin Melkonyan was relieved of his position as Deputy Minister of Economy and was appointed First Deputy Minister of Economy, the government press service reported.
