Zhoghovurd: MFA spent USD 2,000 on designer services

The Armenian Foreign Ministry has initiated publication of books, in Russian, on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Zhoghovurd writes. According to the newspaper, the Ministry spent AMD 821,000 (over USD 2,000) from the state budget on designer services of the books Nakhijevan, Shushi Revival and The Aggression of the Azerbaijani Republic Marked the Borders of the Artsakh Republic. 

“It may be supposed how much will be spent on the publication of these books,” the newspaper comments.
